I love running a new city. On the first morning, I lace the shoes and set out to explore. The pictures and a route map I earn are my favorite souvenirs! I started “The Run Collection” in 2015, and it continues to grow as we travel. The places we see are all pretty amazing to a kid from small-town Kansas.
And while I am far from the greatest or fastest runner from Kansas, I may have run in more cities!
They have been a fantastic resource to find routes as we travel. From Sarajevo to Alexandria, to Vienna to London, and Lyon to Luxembourg, they have guided and inspired.
December means it is time for the recap of Running 2024. The Run Collection has been updated with paces from Cape Fear to Casablanca, Asheville to Ambleside, Toledo to Tanzania. Here is Running 2024. Enjoy!
Last time I ran on this field, I dislocated an elbow in the District Playoffs. But we won!
Golden Bay, tucked away in the remote northwest corner of the South Island, hides several remarkable natural sights. The crown jewel is wild Wharariki Beach, and other gems include Te Waikoropupu Springs, The Grove Track, Rawhiti Cave, Anatoki Salmon and the Labyrinth Rocks.
